Active Kids Voucher

When using an Active Kids Voucher, please email the certificate including your child's date of birth to: info@northwestsydneytennis.com.au  In the 'Additinal comments' box add note 'Active Kids voucher'. Once complete, send the remaining $70 to the account details below.

 

If you NOT using a $50 voucher, please deposit $120 into:
