IMPORTANT: To enable us to appropriately grade, we require each player to list their tennis experience.

In the Additional Comments box include:

  • Years/months playing comp or tournaments
  • Years/months coaching (include coaches name)
  • Your UTR and Division currently playing (other than NWST comp)
  • Previous Challenges played (term & year)
  • Your Team Co-ordinators name & contact number
  • If we don't receive any player history, your child will be placed in the social/unformatted fun tennis group.

(Term 1 & 2 current North West Sydney Tennis Saturday Junior players only need to advise current UTR and/or current division)
